Request account deletion

If you'd like to delete your Break Point account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1: From the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Break Point app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap "Delete my account"
  5. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: By email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to hello@matchpoint.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address you used to register.

We will process your request within 72 hours.

What data is deleted?

  • Your user profile (name, email address)
  • All your recorded matches and statistics
  • Your player and rival profiles
  • Your preferences and settings
  • All active sessions

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
