Break Point is a mobile application for recording, analysing, and tracking tennis matches. Features include live point-by-point tracking, detailed statistics, player profile management, and match history. Some features are subject to usage limits depending on your subscription tier.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information at registration
• Keeping your credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account.

3. Subscription Tiers and Usage Limits

Break Point offers three usage tiers:

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use automated tools to interact with the app's servers
• Impersonate another person or create false accounts
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within the app and website are owned by or licensed to the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your match data and player profiles remain yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings in the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
